Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for products and services purchased through the Nexus Growth Agency platform.

Cancellation window

Cancellation requests may be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. Cancellation may not be accepted if the order, service work, digital delivery, campaign setup, product preparation, fulfilment or shipping process has already started.

Service-based purchases

For website design, marketing, SEO, advertising setup, CMS setup, custom development, digital services or any work that requires planning, design, technical setup or campaign deployment, refunds may be limited or declined once work has begun, resources have been allocated, or third-party costs have been incurred.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved by Nexus Growth Agency, it will generally take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed to the original/payment-eligible method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Non-refundable charges

Campaign expenses, payment gateway charges, third-party software/platform fees, domain/hosting charges, courier charges, printing costs and other third-party costs may be non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
